while using full screen navigation gesture Ui start stuttering and even notification pop up comes it start stuttering and ram usase is very high u dont get smooth experience like android 10

try to wipe cache partition it may help you

i already did everything nothing fix its in update ui bug and home launcher consume 17% battery in idle condition so it is software bug
