M31s No Sim Card Detected while on the call

No SD card inserted error ocurring very frequently and no SIM card inserted issue while on the call. The calls are getting disconnected. 
Reinserted the SIM tray after a quick air blow cleaning.

Dear Samsung team and the group members
Please help, it's urgent.

Not sure if the issue is happening after the last update

In every device of samsung there is various types of problem

This happened with my M31s last December. Went to the service center, they first reinstalled the software, and it didn't work, so I went again, they replaced the motherboard and is absolutely fine now.

1. Reboot your device

2. Adjust the SIM card

3. Manually select carrier/network operator


4. Change network mode to auto

5. Clean the SIM card

6. U may have to Replace your SIM card

7. Remove and re-insert SIM card

8.Toggle flight mode

9.Reset your network settings

Last resort.
Or else as my friend @anikroyale
says get your motherboard changed. Well in these covid time such problems when come it is really bad. Seriously

Thanks @ARJUNB. I have tried these troubleshoot steps. Switched to teh Safe Mode and restarted the device.
I'll observe it today if the issue is resolved.
