I asked question to Samsung about Carrier Aggregation, Good lock, and Screen Recorder and here's the reply.

Bhai yo dekh ke lagta hai ki hame M series main CA milna bahut mushkil hai. Samsung ka koi approach nahi hai CA dene ke bare main😒.

Good lock aur Screen recorder might be come in next updates aisa mujhe lagta hai..

I hope it come soon..

Even a Mi redmi series phones that cost around 14000 INR come with carrier aggregation.
We must stop buying products from companies like Samsung that can't provide C.A. in a 24000 INR phone (m51).
If you go on Mi website, they provide information about C.A. in their product specifications under Network section.
Shame on Samsung for looting its loyal fan base.
