M31s Heating issue

M31S also the same heating problem I bought last month. While using after 10mins it got heated.

The same problem persists while charging. I thought Samsung is the best one but it was my fault. I am a Redmi user. My friend suggested Samsung. Very very disappointed.

if during charge just for try, remove back cover and keep ur phone with display side while on charge

check wheater all the apps are closed or not
go to device care optimise your phone. update to the latest software.
if problem persist visit service centre
