Hey guys.... My name Diljeet Singh. I bought new Samsung M31s device last week. This phone really awesome features, camera, design etc etc its all about wowwwwww. But in this phone I have to facing one problem from my first use. I have Wireless nackband headphone. When I connect my headphone with bluetooth than its connect but after 5-6 mints later its automatically disconnect or automatically connect again and again which is very irritate. I am using this headphone since 3 months as well as also checked this headphone with Samsung J7 Prime device. In another samsung device headphone work properly but only I am facing problem this device. Please if any one facing these like problem than tell me how its fix... THANKS🙏🏻

I faced this problem once about 3days ago but after that its working fine may be its software issue

then you should try reset or wipe cache

I try everything for fix this. Also search on youtube but not yet any solution of this problem. I think I will have to go Samsung Service Store.

Please be assured and to resolve "Bluetooth connectivity" issue kindly follow the given below steps:

1. Reset app preferences: Settings >Apps >Tap on More option or on three dots >Reset App Preferences.

2. Clear cache and data of Bluetooth app data:-Settings >Apps >Menu (Three dots) >Show system apps >search and type "Bluetooth" >Bluetooth >Storage >Clear cache >Clear data >OK.

 

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
