M31s Android Update

I asked whether M31s is eligible for Android 13 update or not and I got this reply

Android 12 is not here and you are asking for Android 13? Bruh... as of now, M31s is NOT eligible to receive Android 13 update, and chances are almost zero that this will change in the future.

But A51 and M21 2021 will get Android 13.

A51 is supposed to get 3 major updates, so Android 13 is valid, and M21 2021 edition was launched with Android 11, so as per 2 major updates schedule, it is supposed to get Android 13.

Yes but m31 still sells better in Amazon than M32.
And M31s was in this list last month until there was no stock.
So Android 10 based phones sell better than their newer Android 11 successor.
So they could give an extra update to 2020 Mseries smartphones considering the sales.

As per current Samsung's update policy m31s will get only major os upto android12 ..
But these people are saying false statements to people and make them cheated after the real truth happens..
And they start blaming samsung itself...
Samsung atleast appoint some sensible guys as ur employees so that ur name will not be gone by them @SamsungIndia

May be in future samsung may change the update policy and change these ...
But as of now this statement is completely wrong
