Galaxy MI bought Samsung M31s on 06/08/2020 which is the release date of this model. For the first few days, it was working fine and later started switching off automatically without any reason. I searched for any solution in the internet and did few things like turning off the 'Auto restart' option in device manager and I even did Factory reset. But, nothing has resolved the issue and it is still turning off frequently.
I can't even use the mobile due to this issue and I am utmost disappointed with this mobile.

Galaxy Mif not then problem may due to other downloaded apps
and if same issue in safemode then try to visit service centre
steps to turn safemode;
long press on power button>
long press on power off option>click on safemode >your mobile will restart and turn into safemode.
Keep in mind that in this mode only inbuilt system app will work
Meanwhile send feedback to Samsung by using get help section
GetHelp>>SendFeedback>>ErrorReport/AskQuestion>choose appropriate section

Galaxy MYou now have only two options:
1. Either you wait for the next update patiently, or
2. You roll back to previous stable software version, for that download previous software from SAMMOBILE for you M31s and then do as directed in that site.
Note: If you can't understand steps either see the video in youtube or ask here. I urge please donot flash software without proper knowledge.
