M31S - Worst Service Experience

In merely 3 months my M31S became DEAD!

No display, no power up, not showing any sense to charger. Tried Volume+Power key, but no success.

Finally given to Service Center for repairs.

Now it's 6 days, no status update, no communication from service center. Members App showing Parts Ordered status from last 4 days.

And the worst part is, Service Center even don't give you any receipt or document when they take Mobile for repairs!

Feeling helpless with Samsung Service Experience!

Visit service center if its 3 months u will get warrenty and it will be repaired free of cost.

They said that I'll get a call when they will repair my phone. No need to visit or enquire about phone.
