THIS MOBILE SIGNAL RECEPTION IS VERY WEEK. CONFIRMLY I WILL BET SAMSUNG TECHNICAL PEOPLE ALSO WITH 100000/_ REGARDING SIGNAL RECEPTION IS WEAKER THAN OTHER MOBILES LIKE XIAOMI, REALME LIKE CHINESE MOBILES. DONT PURCHASE THIS MOBILES . THEY ARE PROVIDING THEIR ' EXYNOS ' WORST PERFORMING PROCESSORS. THIS IS REAL WHAT I AM TELLING . BELOW I HAVE GIVEN SIMPLE EXAMPLE FOR YOU.
FOR SAMSUNG S20 MOBILE , THEY ARE PROVIDING THEIR WORST 'EXYNOS' PROCESSORS IN INDIA , FOR THE SAME MOBILE IN AMERICA THEY ARE PROVIDING BEST SNAPDRAGON 865 PROCEESOR . EVEN THEIR KOREAN PEOPLE ALSO HATED THE SAMSUNG 'EXYNOS' PROCESSOR PERFORMANCE IN ' SAMSUNG S20 ' MOBILE.
AND THEIR SERVICE ALSO VERY WORST. TODAY I VISITED THEIR SERVICE CENTRE TO RECTIFY THE CHARGING PORT PROBLEM , HE TOLD THAT IT WILL TAKE ONE WEEK TO 10 DAYS TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM . THIS IS A SMALL PROBLEM . I TOLD HIM TAKE THE COMPLAINT , AND GIVE MY MOBILE BACK , AFTER ONE WEEK I WILL COME AND I WILL GIVE THE MOBILE AND RECTIFY THE MOBILE WITH NEW PART . HE REFUSED FOR THE SAME . REGARDING THIS ALSO I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER CARE , THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO TELL WHERE THE PART AVAILABLE TO THE NEAREST SERVICE CENTRE IN GUNTUR DISTRICT.
OTHER COMPANIES ARE DOING SMALL PROBLEMS WITH IN ONE DAY. BUT SAMSUNG IS TAKING 10 DAYS . THIS MUCH OF WORST THEY ARE DOING SERVICE.
THEY ARE RELEASING NUMBER OF MODELS WITH SAME PROCESSOR 'EXYNOS 9611' BUT NOT MAINTAINING PROPER SPARE PARTS AT THEIR SERVICE CENTERS . THEIR SERVICE CENTER PEOPLE ARE BEHAVING LIKE GAZITTED OFFICERS. FIRST OF ALL THIS IS THE MAIN PROBLEM WITH SAMSUNG.
Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
1. Uninstall apps. a. One by one, uninstall any apps you downloaded just before your phone or tablet began having the issue. b. After uninstalling each app, restart the phone or tablet and see if it is functioning normally. c. After you uninstall the app that caused the issue, you can reinstall the other safe apps you just deleted.
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).
I purchased M31 and had same problem. The Hotspot got disconnected automatically after every few minutes, when connected to Amazon fire stick.
To check this, I did format i.e. factory reset my phone but the problem still existed. Thus the your above reply is invalid.
Please try to solve problem and not give excuses.
I had to return my mobile device and take refund.
Further more, keeping trust on Samsung I purchased M31s. But you know what, I face the same problem.
Again please fix the problem, its with sofware of phone. Stop blaming other applications for your incapacity to solve the issue.
I am certainly not satisfied with your above reply. I do use other brands phones to provide Hotspot to fire stick and those phones do have the apps like Samsung phone.
For your information, I have not faced any other issues with the M31 and M31s phones.
Same problem in my samsung m31, hotspot is disconnected automatically after every few minutes, when connected to fire tv stick and it is very irritating to switch off and switch on hotspot every few minutes. I have redmi 4 before this m31 which works with no problem, I think now that I made a big mistake to switch into samsung because of redmi is a China based company. This m31 is good phone but only one problem which I faced is hotspot if they clear this problem all this phone is best in its price range.
Please Samsung clear this problem as soon you can, this is very disappointing and not excepted to samsung for this, and if there technical team is ignoring this it is very sad that I want to exchange the phone with taking loss and never buy any device from this company ever.

Note: When connected to other phones hotspot it is working fine hence the problem is confirmed with the Samsung m31 mobile. kindly look into it and help the customers to believe in the Samsung brand.
