M31 cannot unlock using pattern after restart

My Samsung M31 was working fine until today and it is only 5 days remaining to complete 1 year after purchase. Suddenly it got hanged and when I restarted, it was asking to unlock using pattern. But the problem is that I am not able to unlock. My unlock  pattern is L shaped, but when I draw from 1 to 2, it doesn't detect . It detects from 2 to other dots. That area of your touch screen is working when phone in off mode. Now I am not able to open the phone, even though I have enabled fingerprint. Please help.

Hi Shaijal, you should be able to open the phone with other methods, when you restart the phone can you find password unlock option?

Did you try a forced restart (soft reset)?

If the issue is from the touch screen, you can connect a mouse thorough an OTG cable and can draw the pattern with the mouse to unlock the device.

Please bring the device to a Samsung Service Center  to have it checked out by a technician.
