My M31 not charged and continue notification of cable charging. M31 Phone not charging with other charger also. This is the worst experience with Samsung phones second time.
So Samsung must fix this issues. This issues in all samsung M series phones.
Bro do u get any error message while connecting ur charger? if so then share the screenshot. else write to membersindia@samsung.com or visit service center once. I am sure issue will be resolved soon. all the best.
Just asking, I am not that sure. Are you charging the phone with the case on ? I recently saw that many of the cases prevent the USB C from properly entering the charging port. If this is the case try removing the case and charging the phone.
