M30s screen freeze after software update

I have samsung M30s phone after software update phone is stuck on samsung logo screen not working at all.
i got it checked from samsung service center and they are telling me motherboard is corrupted and i have to pay around 6k (INR) to get it fixed.

if the issue is caused by samsung uploaded software why should we be the one who should pay?

Samsung should do something about this.

Avoid all indian variant samsung mobiles...even if s20fe 5g which have sd865 have much major issues..how long can customers survive without any caring solutions
