My M30s restarts itself randomly several times in a day but it restarts only when the screen is off and when i am not using the phone. Also while charging it does not restart. I tried many things like closing auto optimization, auto restart or even tried not giving permission to change the system settings for many apps, apps like galaxy members or galaxy widget (there was no such an app in my phone but it recomended as a solution in other topics so i wanted to mention before u suggest this solution. ) The only thing i didnt do is a factory reset but i dont see a point because i bought and unboxed this phone like 5 days ago so i dont see a point in factory reset. Anyways i need a solution for this as soon as possible please it kills user experience too much.
I also facing this issue not only you bro. I suggest u just call on Samsung helpline and kindly give feedback with hope, it will be fix out in next update?
