Today my device auto restart during call at 7.30pm around. I faced first time this problem. Although in setting  auto restart option is off and battery is 60% than how it's possible. Any one m3os user faced this problem?

sometimes some background app cause this issue...i have also m30s..i also faced this type issues 2 to 3 times..but it was due to uc browser thirdparty app..when i removed after that no restart issue faced..
u can also send log file to directly Samsung optimization team through in this app

its happening since the new security patch update has arrived.

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1- Reset the settings via- Settings > general management > reset > reset settings.

2- Settings > apps > phone app > storage > clear cache.

3- Check the mentioned issue in safe mode.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).
