M30s camera error

After the Android 10 update the camera is becoming stuck when i open it and cannot be used what should i do.

did wipe cache partition and even full factory restore but use , android 10 update ruined my m30s

sometimes,when we update our device than our device network break down,so having software issues, but it will solve problems by using factory reset and setting reset, it is a very long process, some time it's solve it onfirst attempt and some time it's fallow 2or more times, it's a procedure. I will give you all procedure by details by a posting.
