otg is supported but its depends on compatibility
i am using otg, its work
when you buy otg check it should be written as "supported all type c devices "

if u buy online check details carefully and if offline stores check at that time

It may be problem with your OTG, not phone problem. try to check your otg with other phones also.

we tried the same otg on other mobiles it is working efficiently but in M30s it is not working

otg not support in my phone A50
