M30s Repair in the USA

I bought the m30s in india and broke the back camera glass which id like to get repaired. Samsung USA says because its in warranty they cant fix it and Samsung india toll free numbers wont work till I buy international calling. What can I do to get my phone fixed.

I am currently in the US, yes. Sending my phone all the way to india is not an option

Out of India it can be repaired but it will be out of warranty service

Samsung india not gonna take responsibility untill they recieve your device through any indian store or service center
