M30s Over Heating

After update software the ph will be overheating and battery drain faster.6000mah battery just drain 4hrs and overHeating.. Samsung please fix the problems .

Post your battery usage page screenshot. Atleast we can get an idea about what's causing the issue?

By the way here's my M30s usage, one is with basic usage and one with heavy usage.

Bro, this isn't complete usage, I'd recommend you to post the screenshot when your battery is at 15 or 10 %.

That way i can comment on it properly.

And for the overheating issue, if it occurs frequently without even heavy usage I'd recommend you to visit a service centre and get your device checked, don't wait for an update to arrive. Samsung is pretty much late with their updates, next Android 10 update will come in the month of April, you'll have to wait till April.

same problem is with me. before the update I was getting almost 15 hours of screen on time and there was no idle battery drain. Now I am struggling to get even 10 hours. And every time I am unlocking my device there is 1% of battery dropping. the rate is nearly 1% per hour.. this is horrible.. and the phone is heating like hell
