M30s - Hard Reset feature not coming after one ui3 update

After installing latest update of One UI 3 and Android 10 in Samsung M30s. Unable to do hard reset.

Pressing Volume Up + Power Button not going to hard reset menu. It directly booting the phone.

Any one facing this problem?

It changed with Android 11, now you need to plug the USB-C / micro-USB cable along with the combination buttons (Press & Hold the Power and Volume Up button)

you can enter recover mode by doing this
connect ur device to pc by usbc cable
and make sure ur device is visible in computer as logged in
turn off ur device with the cable connected to pc
and now hold power up and switch on button together until the recovery menu pops up

from android 11 it has changed, now you need to connect with laptop or pc then perform as you did previously

Yes I did today it works only after connecting to laptop

Did phone hang and phone restart issue got resolved after that?

Yes but need to do the cleaning junk regularly
