M30s Failure - Mother Board Problem

Dear Samsung,

I purchased M30s Samsung 18 month before, yesterday I was watching YouTube suddenly phone got hanged and switched off. I try to on the phone but it's not on so today I went service center I gave them to repair they said motherboard have to change it will cost 5,700Rs I was shocked and surprised without doing anything the phone motherboard got problem 

Really feeling bad coz of Hard earned money 14k 

Again I am going to spend 5,700 that too 3 month only warranty l. Very bad Samsung 

I will not buy anymore Samsung products

Don't give them to repair it
Its useless to pay for motherboard as it Samsung's fault

Ya same thing happened with my A50s . Dey asked 9k for replacing motherboard. Even after replace no guarantee after one year motherboard may break again ..so go for new phone. exynos 9611 is failure chip.
