M30s:Difference between charging info when phone is switched off and switched on

Hi, did anyone noticed this problem/scenario. 

When phone is switched off (fully dead), I charged my phone . After some time of charging , it showed 7% on top of the phone ( in switchoff mode only ) and then i switched on it is showing around 20%.. 

This is the second time i saw this type of difference. frst time it differe from 21 to 49%. 

Does anyone know what and why is this problem.?

Today only my phone's charge dropped to 0% as soon as I plugged in It started with 1% and few seconds after switching on showed 2%.

I think its software problem, send feedback or error report using this app.

battery calibration issue.. full charge 0-100% in switch off mode to rectify this

yeah ..5 while switched off 17 while switched on

bro for calibration to be done correctly don't switch on in middle you have to full charge in switch off mode🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

if you do this correctly no need of 2nd method. 1st do this correctly.
