M30s Camera image is blur.

My M30s camera image is blur.  I find expanded images as broken images.  Is any settings need to be changed?  Please advice me

Company provides the ota update so Its depend on the samsung when they will give it.

I think your camera focus setting or camera itself is broken go to service center if above suggestions don't work.

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1. Check the Picture size in camera settings and set aspect ratio.

2. Turn on/off the Auto Flash.

3. Reset camera settings (Open camera app > Camera settings > reset settings).

4. Check for the latest device O/S (Settings > Software Update > Download updates manually).

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members application (Open Samsung members app > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report / ask question).

Hi Team,

I am facing the same blurry camera on my Samsung M30. Whenever I try to take video its keeps autofocusing and Image/Videos are displaying Blurry. I have tried all the steps mentioned above and also shared logs with team through the Samsung Member app.

After I got a responce, I again shared logs after factory reset of my phone.

Confirmed the problem by cleaning my camera lens and also on Safe mode.

Kindly help as I purchased the phone because of the camera only and now it's not useful for me.
