M30s Booting issue

Hi,

I am having trouble with my Galaxy M30s. In the afternoon my mobile got hanged and then after restart it stops at samsung galaxy m30s logo. Its not happening after this. Not even able to open Recovery mode by pressing Volume + and power button. 

Please help me to reset the my mobile.

Remove your external sd card if any and then retry

I'm using M20 64gb.Installed many apps also inserted a 64gb sd card.But never have any issues.

Volume - (Volume down) and power button. You have to use volume down and not volume up. Volume down plus power button for force restart.

Yes but after force restart same screen appearing so for doing factory reset I'm trying to open Recovery mode but it's not opening. It only restarting the phone and safe mode also not opening.

Do a force restart and then immediately when the screen turns off, press and hold the volume up button. It will go into recovery.
