M30S software update got stuck

after recent software update on 24/03/2020, the phone got stuck with samsung logo and i cant able to switch on my phone again. This is very annoying as i made this blunder of spoiling my mobile with a useless update. I cant get this solved at a samsung cafe as the nation is shut for corona issues. Kindly help me.

Try emergency software recovery through Smart Switch PC.

. After update my phone also stuck on SAMSUNG logo.no options available to do anything.And due to the lockout all over India no service centers available.but some how I managed to reboot n wiped my whole data .now it's working.here is what I did.

Connect to charger n switch on charger .then press POWER+VOL DOWN button simultaneously. Now battery % is displayed .now disconnect charger .n press VOL UP+ POWER button simultaneously. Perform RECOVERY MODE.choose the VOL UP & DOWN for moving to different option.and use POWER button to SELECT an option..I have Wiped all data .n it will reboot .( wait fr sometime).n now itwill work fine.

try this .I am not an expert but I read it in some comments .but it worked for me.but whole data gone

another way is by removing both sims
