Worst experience with Samsung.

I'm user of Samsung since 2012.

But now days Samsung Not going to fulfill customers needs.

Not provided time2time updates.

Security Patch , UI update.

They always try to end policy and time as soon as they can.

M30s is always ignored by Samsung.

1. First they give priority to M30 and M20 over M30s(new and costlier than M30 and M20) for android 10 update.
2. Then they skipped one ui core 2.1
3. Then they skipped one ui core 2.5
4. Now again they are delaying the update.
we are running the old crappy One ui core 2 for one year.
such a pathetic experience with M30s.

1.why m30s not received one ui 2.5 update??
i don't understand updates policy of Samsung...because similar processor devices like m21,m31,m30s and A50s received one ui 2.5 update but m30s not . ..big disappointed about this policy. 🤔
