Hi everyone,

After the latest update on one UI2.0 my phone is getting restarted several times. Every single day the phone is getting restarted and most of the time during calls or during charging the phone's temperature is getting very high. Tried reaching samsung customer care but no solutions yet from their end. Can anyone please let me know if you are facing the same issue or has any suggestions for this.

clear cache factory reset phone check in device care if auto restart is on👍👍👍👍👍👍

Kindly follow the below mentioned step to improve the performance of the device:

1.Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth etc: Swipe the notification panel>Turn off Wi-Fi,Bluetooth, and other connectivity features when not using them.

2.Usage of mobile phone when charging: We recommend you to avoid usage of mobile phone while charging.

3.Check Auto Restart should be Off: Setting> General management >Reset>Auto restart off

If the issue still persists, kindly attach the log file and send it to us in the Samsung member application (attach when the issue occurs within first 15 minutes of the occurrence of the issue.):-
Samsung Members App > Feedback >Error report > Attach log file for any issue
