Please follow the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
> Perform ‘Reset app preference’ (Scroll down notification panel> Setting> Apps> Tap on 3 dots (Upper right corner)> Reset app).
> Force stop the apps (Setting> Apps> app which are crashing >Force stop).
> Perform clear cache of notes app (settings>>apps>>tap on 3 dots>>show system app>>Samsung notes>>storage>>clear cache).
