M30 super laggy

Can't even use apps like gaana, whatsapp or twitter, simultaneously. Complained on customer care, but they are repeating the same things like clean cache, and finally factory reset. 

On a serious note, do we buy 10K smartphones, to do factory reset every 2-3 months. Chinese brands are providing better performance at 7K budget phones. Really disappointing!!!

I have been using Samsung for 8-9 years, just for the brand name and Samsung service, I bought this phone. But they really disappointed me. By the way I got the phone at only 6K after exchanging my 3 year old Samsung phone with 1K cashback.

yeap, for Samsung phone more ram is need to function task properly. so dont a device with entry level specifications.

3GB RAM is more than enough for basic use on android smartphone. still I am getting lags on this phone, only cuz of the software, earlier it was smooth.
