M30 Touch doesn't work

I was using last night, kept it aside and this morning i see touch not working.

I suspect any auto upgarde caused the problem. I restarted 3 times. still the same issue.

Someone can help on this ?

Clean with Device care including security check. if not solved use CC cleaner and clean residual files.

I am unable to use mobile since the whole touch system is not working. Do u suggest any way to achive this

I had this problem I some how kept on trying went to device care and cleaned had security checks. Then it became alright
This happened three times for me. Then downloaded CC Cleaner and cleared residual and empty files now works fine.

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

1. Remove memory card
Before removing the memory card, first, unmount it for safe removal.

On the Home screen, tap Apps > Settings > Device maintenance > Storage > More option > Storage settings > SD card > Unmount.

Note: Ensure that the ejection pin is perpendicular to the hole. Otherwise, the device may be damaged.
