My device m21 is hanging and heating heavily

While i using the mobile....it was stucking and automatically restarting.....plz help me

The only solution is a software updare

Try factory reset. If it is not solved still, then visit samsung service centre nearby and change motherboard of device. It will cost 6k to 8k
