M21 phone problem

When playing videos on google, youtube,fb most of the time they automatically stop. I checked after clearing cach files and updated the apps too. But the problem is still same. Can anyone give me a solution

Hi.. First, turn on the safe mode on your device and check it again. You can Google the way to on and off the safe mode of you need. It'll allow you to find out if the issue was happening because of a bug or any other related issues with installed apps or settings. Probably the issue will not be on safe mode. Then turn on the device on normal mode and give All settings reset or better to do a factory data reset if it's possible. Drop a comment if the issue is still there even after the reset 😊
