Galaxy MThis is happening to 80% Galaxy M21 users.
Only one solution
Go to service center and give them 8000 rupees.
They will change motherboard

Galaxy MFor some users, it got fixed after factory reset.
For some users, after Flashing new firmware.
For some users it fixed after changing motherboard.
For some users it was fixed after next software update.
For some users, it is not fixed even after following the above tips.
But noone knows the exact solution for this issue.

Galaxy MI think your device is M01.
Even my M21 too not faced this issue anytime. But most of the M21 phones are suffering from this issue.
