M21 not starting after last update

Hi,

My M21 got some security update on 17.10.2021, the update was downloaded and I scheduled to install in the night but it restarted on iys own after few seconds and got stuck at logo screen. Now after 24 hrs, nothing is happening, phone is dead!

Its really disappointing that because of an OTA update, the phone is messed up! 

Please suggest if anyone else has faced same issue.

This is happening to 80% Galaxy M21 users.
Only one solution
Go to service center and give them 8000 rupees.
They will change motherboard

Many users reported about this issue here.
For some users, it got fixed after factory reset.
For some users, after Flashing new firmware.
For some users it fixed after changing motherboard.
For some users it was fixed after next software update.
For some users, it is not fixed even after following the above tips.
But noone knows the exact solution for this issue.

No. This is mostly occurred in exynos 9611 and 9610 devices.
I think your device is M01.
Even my M21 too not faced this issue anytime. But most of the M21 phones are suffering from this issue.

But don't waste money on replacing motherboard. This problem may arise again if you update it.
Better to change to new phone not having exynos chipset.
