M21 network issue

My m21 keeps switching between 4g to 2g every 3-4 minutes as soon as i start consuming data else it remains stable when phone is idle.

Is it problem from service provider or M21 issue?

Problem from provider. Download the following app, then open it then select 4G lte option inside.

Pls reset your phone once .before reset you must backup.
