M21 heats up and can't place at ear

Dear All,

I have recently purchased M21. After using mobile for about 10-15 mins device heats up, I could see CPU temperature at 38°c and battery st 36°c on my cpu monitor app.

I feel scared answer calls as i feel warm on my ears when I place it on ear. Screen feels hot.

Is it normal? Should i go for replacement. Highly appreciate your insights.

I too have this problem in my M20 do you also have screen burn ins? As I am having so these frequently I am to a little bit scared, wanting for a replacement! or is it normal!
in my mobile screen burn-ins are caused when the brightness is above 30% and the screen changes from white screen to a little grey screen!
