M21 automatic restart problem

Resetting device doesn't solve this problem, I tried this several times and ultimately had to change the board. I'm sure your device is in warranty.

I too had purchased from Amazon. There won't be any problem. You visit the service center its the one and only option to resolve this issue. I guess you bought device in July or August so its under warranty period.

see i tried everything with my M21 but yesterday someone told me to downgrade it to Android 10 and just now i have installed 10 on it.  fingers crossed for that stupid and irritating restarting problem.
