M21 FREEZING FREQUENTLY

My 6month old M21 device crashes and freezes very frequently after last software update . If I leave the phone for more than 1 hour , its dead . To recover I have to connect back the charger ( even though phone is having more than 90% charge in it) and try pushing power on button . 
Once its frozen, phone is non responsive to any button including reset option (power + volume fown button ). Once charger is connected back ,buttons become responsive again...
Is any one facing similar issue ????

go to service as it's 6month old maybe covered In warranty
