if You are asking about Just M20 ( jan 2019 ) than it is 2021 for OS and 2022 for security patches . for regular update keep looking at changes made in samsung security website for your device . if they put it in other regular update list than end of life

2 year for Android and security updates and last 1 year only quarterly security update

As per Samsung policy i think M20 will not get any software update from now Security update may get till Dec 2021 that will be also quarterly.
