M20 screen goes off and hangs while Calling

After Android 10 update, while making a call the screen goes blank and doesn't return even after call is disconnected by others. Fingr print doent work. Only way to bring back screen is power button.

How to sol e the issue.

Same problem to me.... How to solve?

I also faced with this problem. I could not find any permanent solutio.   

But for a short time Following the possible helps-  

1. Try to restart your phone in safe mode, this could be enough. I think. Or,

2. From settings  Clear the cached memory in "phone" app. 

3. Settings_advanced features_Motions & gestures_smart stay (make it on).
