M20 gets hanged

My m20 keep hanging all the time.. suddenly  stops responding  until I press power button and open it again. It's quite irritating. Please help

needs to do switch off then on! phone got many sensors and sometime it happens. Not need to worry do reboot!

true. launching hardware but no software support. the developers department in samsung is overworked and strained that's why such issues are happening.

Please perform the following steps:
>Clear the RAM memory of device (Scroll down notification panel > Setting> Device care >Memory> Clean Now).
> Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).
>Check for the latest device O/S (Scroll down Notification panel >Settings >Software Update >Download updates manually).
