M20 Screen Issue

Hello ,

Last year we switch to Samsung M20 phone for my father and but despite being the phone handled with care and all precaution and zero damages ...Smartphone didnt last more than 1 year and suddenly screen started get dull and last it became dead

I also have problem in my m21 display. I jst used it 30 days and problem appeared. Contact samsung center for that issue but they are not responding well. Try to contact service center regarding the issue. And display issue like this facing many users. But samsung service team they are not responding well.

take them to Samsung service center, they checked what's problem occurs.
one warranty is not expired ,they freely changing the screen without any fee.
