M20 Phone calling app issue

Phone app is frequently hanging after pie update

not after update, its lagging from Android Oreo with experience ui.
problem still present.
All M Series Dialer app lag when opening first time.

Recently 3 patches, software update done still having same issue.
Not just at opening sometime app hangs and also while opening recordings
