Galaxy MAlso try after turning off Bixby routines (from quick button panel).
Also please check your software (Settings > Software update > Download and install.) and all apps from both stores are up to date.
If nothing works, check wheather the issue persists in "safe-mode" also. If it is solved in safe mode, it means that, the issue is caused by a third party app you have recently downloaded.
(To activate safe mode, press and hold the power off button. ( 🔴 Red button on the screen).To exit the safe mode, just restart the device).

Galaxy MHi there, as you already have tried everything including a factory reset, the issue might me because of a hardware failure. Please visit the nearest Samsung service center to get the issue resolved.

Please bring the device to a Samsung Service Center to have a technician check it out, and hopefully resolve the issue.
