M11 android 11 update

Have any of you got the android 11 update for Galaxy M11?

It was supposed to be released in June but it's not available for me in software update section.

The running one ui 2 crashes alot. It freezes all the time and I'm sure that it's a software problem.

Iran. But when i tried to update via smart switch it said UA3. I don't know where is that region
