I am using this device after a video watching on youtube whole device  getting hang and after restart it didn't really work well please optimise software.

It's not completely due to software bro ..main reason is hardware is not powerful ..
Try galaxy app booster and optimise ur apps ..

In other countries, the same problem is observed on this device after updating to Android 11. Before the update, everything worked well, the problem is definitely not in the hardware. Samsung has done something wrong with the software. Contact local support by phone about the problem, maybe they will understand that the problem is massive and will fix it. I am writing from Russia (A02). But the same problem is observed in Argentina, Panama, Ukraine. Sorry for my bad english. Thanks!

Received the November patch a few days ago, the issue has not been fixed. But today I found information. Samsung servers have test firmware (U2BUK3) (the current firmware is U2BUK). Maybe this time they will fix it. I wrote to them, called them, but they constantly ignore them. I don’t know what else can be done.
