M01 core restarting problem.

After one month from the date of buying the galaxy m01 core 2gb variant and doing two software updates. 
The phone goes in restart mode whenever I open gallery, youtube, and Microsoft teams. 
And one more thing is that I am using m01 core without sim card then also it is showing full network .... don't know why?

I also reach to Samsung team through whatsapp. I told my problem they gave me all the possible steps they can give but my smartphone. Is not in proper condition still.

At the time of playing games in m01 core is not phasing any restart problem. 😅 

What do you think? What is the problem is it the software problem or hardware problem? 

I have bought it from the official Samsung store. 
They where also saying that at the time of software updates they will do the remaining update and they will give us the lifetime updates. 

What do you think are they saying true? 

Because from where ever we buy a Samsung phone the Samsung company will send the full software update package na!!!

Run your phone continuously till it gets 0 and then don't disturb it for one night and then charge it to 100 then if the problem is not solved try factory reset by backing up your data.

Display and photos are looking like film photos negative after software update on my Samsung galaxy MO1 core today. Forced to take back up and reset. Created Samsung back up account and unable to access. Very erratic service. Samsung should help
