M 51 Battery draining unusually fast

It worked perfectly well since I purchased it on the 30th of June. Since the last charge this morning, it has drained from 100% to 88% within 50 minutes.

Very worried and concerned! I've optimized the phone for optimal usage. I'm not a heavy user either.

Use Dark Mode..
Add unused apps into Sleep & Deep sleep..
Click on the Graph to get Screen on Time.. Generally i get 14 hours screen on Time..
