If i increase dpi on my phone.what will happen to this?. Is this a wrong thing to phone?

no, not wrong, but increase dpi, means you have more amount of pixels in specific area.
more dpi means more pixel/defined area
= more clear vector images..

you should check out developer optipns sometimes

if you are talking about dpi which is in developer position then you can , by enabling this you can view more stuff in less area
