Live Caption error on M21

Hi. On my galaxy M21 Live Caption is not working. It says to update the software or app which is nearly sized of 40 MB. But when I click on download it start downloading data but after some time it stop and indicate error message as shown in screenshot. 

Help me to activate this nice feature.

yes I tried number of times. But downloading stops after some time indicating the error message.

Well my phone is updated to one ui core 2.1

so do one thing go to settings >general Management >reset>reset settings then try

if ur device is in one UI 2.1...
see on play store....
that "Device Personalization Service" has an update option or not....

it has came to me...
and i able to download live caption...

Actually problem was internet speed. yes, trust me. Downloading was failing because of mobile data speed around 300 kbps. But when I connected device to wifi, download completed in few seconds at 1.5 mbps. Now Live Caption is active on my device.
