What I have noticed is that even if I stay disconnected from your phone app, the notification on my phone pass through to my laptop even though it shows disconnected on my phone. I don't know why. This may be due to that service running.

Download Phone Companion app on youtlr phone and connect to a PC. Link to Windows is just an add-on created by Samsung to hide the app and to acess from quick panel.

No, Link to Windows allows us to use our phone's apps on our Windows 10 or 11 PC. Normal Your Phone app doesn't do that.

I haven't used this because I don't have PC, but one thing I know: OneUI Core isn't supported to get that feature. (Maybe Android 12 can bring it)
